1. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received a different item from what was ordered.

All products sold on www.peachyperx.com are covered under our replacement policy.

Important: Items must be returned in original packaging. To fast-track your request, we highly recommend sharing an unboxing or damage video when raising the issue.


2. Return & Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued only if:

  • The item is damaged or different from what was ordered.
  • A replacement is not available or cannot be arranged within 7 days of pickup.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.


3. Return Shipping

  • In all eligible return and replacement cases, Peachy Perx will arrange the pickup and bear all shipping costs.
