1. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective.
- You received a different item from what was ordered.
All products sold on www.peachyperx.com are covered under our replacement policy.
Important: Items must be returned in original packaging. To fast-track your request, we highly recommend sharing an unboxing or damage video when raising the issue.
2. Return & Refund Conditions
A refund will be issued only if:
- The item is damaged or different from what was ordered.
- A replacement is not available or cannot be arranged within 7 days of pickup.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Return Shipping
- In all eligible return and replacement cases, Peachy Perx will arrange the pickup and bear all shipping costs.
- If pickup is not possible from your address, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
